Worship Leader

Dwelling Place Lithia is currently seeking to hire a part-time worship leader. We are a non denominational church, who believes in the the giftings of Holy Spirit, and seek to minister to our community through connection, ministry, and care of the marginalized. Duties

• Develop and expand upon current worship team

• Create weekly setlist of songs to be done on Sunday morning

• Facilitate one practice night through the week

• Facilitate set up and worship service Sunday mornings

Qualifications

• Must be able to play an instrument and lead vocally

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to lead a worship service

• Have some prior experience leading a worship team

To cut to the chase, we are looking for someone who can lead our worship program. The hours will vary but on average between prep time, practice, and rehearsal, expect between 10-15 hours per week. This position pays $200 weekly. We are a small, but growing church and we are looking for someone to step in and help us create an inviting worship time every Sunday.
