Associate Pastor

First Baptist Church Chillicothe, Missouri, is searching for an Associate Pastor with three primary responsibilities.

First, to work with all our students (7th – 12th grade) and leaders in our youth ministries to evangelize, equip, and encourage growth in Christlikeness. FBC has a dedicated and up-to-date youth area, incredibly supportive church leadership, and a generous budget for youth ministries.

Second, the Associate Pastor will support, equip, and resource our Children's Ministry leaders in fulfilling their ministry.

Third, the Associate Pastor will preach in our pastor's absence. In a typical year, the Associate Pastor will have a minimum of four preaching opportunities before the whole congregation.

Chillicothe is a rural community in north Missouri with a population of 9,107 residents in a county of 14,557.

Candidates should submit a resume describing experiences, education, and calling. Education expectations include a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
