Crossroads Fellowship Church in Waco, Texas is searching for a lead pastor who will honor the church’s 20-year legacy while also leading the church into a new season of ministry. Their next lead pastor will give vision and direction “to fight for and disciple the next generation.” The lead pastor must share in the desires of the church to reach the lost, love people, and model a passion to share the gospel and lead others to do the same.
