Senior Pastor

Possessing mature leadership skills, the pastor must lead the congregation in Evangelism and Spiritual Growth. Mission minded, the pastor must possess a heart for Visitation, as well as being open to Shepherding multicultural attendees. The pastor should possess Administrative skills with the ability to supervise other ministers and staff. Excellent communication and "people skills" should be a strong trait.

FBC Laredo has been serving our community for well over 100 years with a diversified membership of approximately 300 members.
