Youth Minister

Develop discipleship, outreach programs, volunteer recruitment and training, and lead ministry for students - 6th grade to recent college graduates.

The Youth Pastor is responsible for the design and implementation of the youth programming at the CCCS.

This pastor will report directly to the Senior Pastor to execute the following:

Jr./Sr. High School

Recruit and train volunteers for any and all youth events/ classes.

• Find/Develop appropriate curriculum for the student ministry
• Lead discipleship events in the student ministry

Youth Group

Sunday Morning

Service events

Lead and participate in Jr. High and High School summer activities.

• Summer camps
• Special summer activities
• Organize/Oversee any additional fundraising
• Participate in community events and activities with all youth.

Personal Expectations:

• Exhibits a growing and meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Recognizes the Ministry of CCCS is important and deserves to be done with excellence.

The Youth Pastor reports to the Senior Pastor as assigned by the Eldership of CCCS.

• The Senior Pastor will conduct performance reviews, goal-setting, etc.
• The Youth Pastor will fulfill other ministry duties as needed, including:

Sunday duties

Occasional preaching

The Youth Pastor may be asked to perform weddings, funerals, etc as needed.
