Executive Pastor

The Executive Pastor position includes overseeing human resources, managing financial matters, evaluating staffing needs, and collaborating on future campus locations. Your role will also involve teaching, counseling, and mentoring staff and volunteer leaders and ensuring weekend services run smoothly, along with vision casting with the senior leadership team. We are looking for a leader with strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as a deep relationship with Jesus Christ.
