Worship Arts Pastor

Twin Cities Church in Grass Valley, California, is currently seeking a Worship Arts Pastor to join their team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to help create engaging and excellent worship experiences that point people toward Jesus. As the Worship Arts Pastor, your role would include overseeing the vision, planning, and execution of worship, as well as developing and leading teams. They are looking for someone who has a strong background in team building, pastoring and developing volunteers, and serving in a multi-generational congregation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep passion for Jesus, a commitment to personal growth, and a love for leading others in worshiping God. They are not looking for someone who wants the attention to be on them, but rather loves getting out of the way and letting God be the focus. The church is looking for someone who possesses strong vocal and instrumental skills, with proficiency in playing the guitar and other instruments. Previous experience in leading a large worship arts team that utilizes multiple technologies is also required.
