Ministry Resident | City Church Charlotte (North Carolina)

The Program:

The Residency at City Church Charlotte is a paid ministry leadership development program designed for those who are called into ministry and need the initial developmental step.

The program is designed for those who are seeking to grow in their practical ministry experience, be personally challenged in their walk with The Lord, and develop as leaders; stretching them as individuals and pushing them as high-capacity leaders to the next level in their ministry careers. This Residency is ideal for college students who are seeking purpose and practical application in a church ministry.

The intent of the Residency is to equip, empower, and ignite the next generation of ministry leaders with the tools needed to go out and be powerful leaders in what God has called them to do.

The Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old (preferably under 25 years old)

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program from an accredited college or university

• Be a born again Christian and living a Christian lifestyle

• Supports the vision and mission of City Church

The Expectations:

• Tuesdays: 8:30am – 1:30pm (In-Person)

• Flexible Hours: 4 Hours per week

• Sundays: 8:30am – 12:30pm (On Site)

• They commit for 32 weeks till June 2025

Leadership Crossing is a consulting and coaching firm who partners on behalf of local churches to further their mission and vision. We will also provide guidance during the search process of ministry positions.
