Production Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Advance the mission, vision, and values of The Bay Church. Possess a servant’s heart toward other team members and promote relational health on the team (with emphasis on promoting joy and unity). Continue to develop as a leader and mature Christ-follower. This particular role is for our Brentwood Campus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Weekend service preparation (slides, lights, etc.)

• Maintain and upkeep of production equipment and spaces (stage, storage, auditorium, etc.)

• Collaborate with worship teams to prepare and facilitate weekly rehearsals

- Provide production support for Sunday services (Producing, Audio FOH, etc.)

- Provide production support for ministry events

- Help maintain current production standards with focus on elevating our level of excellence

• Provide support with new equipment installs and integration

• Help facilitate training for team members

• Regularly research industry trends and bring new innovative ideas to the team

Type of Position: Part-Time (16 hours/week)

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour

The Bay Church in Concord CA was founded in a storefront in 1931, in what was at that time, the small rural town of Concord, California. The church has experienced much growth over the years and built successive buildings on Galindo Street, Clayton Road, and today our current site on Evora Road.

In 2020, our members and the members from Harvest Time Assembly voted unanimously to merge the two churches. We officially became one church in two locations, and the next chapter of our future is now being created.
