County Line Church, located in rural west central Ohio, is looking for a Discipleship Pastor to partner with us to fulfill all that God has called us to.
Discipleship Pastor Major Areas of Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sunday Morning youth-adult discipleship programs
- Oversee Mid-Week discipleship programs
- Oversee Hospitality, Connections, and Prayer ministries
- Recruit and Train Volunteers for ministries under the Discipleship Pastor headship
- Execute the Vision and Direction of the Senior Pastor and Elders
Discipleship Pastor Qualities & Qualifications:
- Heart of a Servant
- Heart for intentional Discipleship
- Ability and Desire to Lead
- Ability and Willingness to Teach
- Formal Education and Training in Pastoral Leadership or Experience Equivalent
- Desire and Giftedness for Support Pastor Position
- Desire for Modern and Contemporary Worship Service
- Desire for Excellence in All Things
- Abides by our Staff Member Commitment and Statement of Faith
County Line Church is a spirit-filled congregation located outside of Harrod, Ohio. We were established in the late 1800s and God continues to move in our body of believers today.
