Worship & Production Pastor

DESCRIPTION:

To lead and oversee all aspects of the church's worship ministry, including planning and leading worship services, selecting music, mentoring and equipping worship team members, and fostering a spiritually engaging environment. This position also works closely with our media and production team.

IMPORTANT SKILLS TRAITS:

• Lead and pastor team members

• Be able to flow as The Holy Spirit leads

• Plan, schedule, and design worship sets for Sunday morning services

• Plan and schedule all band and vocalists for Sunday and Wednesday services

• Recruit and train Worship Team and Band members

• Develop and maintain systems/ structures for stable accountability for all team members on the platform

• Keep Planning Center updated with all necessary resources for team

• Plan special events for the team to build community together

• Organize and lead rehearsals

• Work with the Lead Pastor to create special services (Easter, Christmas, Special Guests, etc.)

• Work in unity with the Lead Pastor

• Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a culture of excellence

CHURCH DOCTRINE:

This position includes flexible work hours.

Legacy Church is located in the beautiful city of Rome, in northwest Georgia. Legacy was founded in 2019, with just 20 people gathering in a living room. We have seen great growth over the last five years. Now averaging 350 - 400 people per Sunday, Legacy continues to grow and impact Rome and the surrounding communities. Our culture of worship is a core value that has introduced many in our city to the power of The Holy Spirit. Now, we are looking for someone to continue to grow our culture of worship and work closely with our staff to impact our city. This is a full time position.
