Executive Pastor

The Executive Pastor role here at GCC is a combination of Ministry oversight, development and leadership. It encompasses leading the staff and engaging processes and infrastructure that helps the ministry succeed. The church is vibrant and growing like crazy and needs someone who is used to a fast paced lead pastor and a diverse staff to manage. Fun church with a great elder board.

Multi Generational, Multi Cultural, fast growing church with a background inside the Conservative Baptist fellowship. Currently, it's non-denominational in approach and has many outreach ministries globally and locally. The Senior Pastor has been at the church for 10+ years. It has no debt, hasn't missed their projected budget for many years. Owns a set of Apartments right next to the Church. Young staff. Great elders. Great traditions but is expanding into new areas of ministry. Has a new and exciting "evaluative" culture trying to improve all aspects of their ministry.
