About Good Shepherd Church UCC

Good Shepherd is a church primed to do some exciting and relevant ministry in the Boyertown Area. The church has a large campus with newly created space for children's ministry. We just implemented the Sunday school program Hi-Fi (Lifeway Resources) and purchased a Claw Machine to help incentivize interest with children. We have 10-15 regular elementary aged children on a regularly basis, with another 5-10 who are possible regular attendees. We finished VBS two weeks ago and had over 40 kids in attendance. Youth ministry has been a struggle but there are 6-10 youth to draw from. The church has financial resources and will support a clear vision. Good Shepherd just called a new Senior Pastor who has strong evangelical leanings and a ministry focus of making disciples. Good Shepherd is working in creating a modern worship service to add to the Sunday morning traditional worship service.
