Keyboardist

Keyboardist Job Position  

The keyboardist job works directly with the Director of Music.  

1. Must be proficient at the piano and organ.  
2. Must be comfortable playing in a choral rehearsal setting.  
3. Must be an excellent and timely communicator via email, phone, and verbal communication.  
4. Must be a strong sight-reader and adaptable, flexible musician. 
5. Respect and professionalism towards the Mass, faith, and the community are required. 
6. Experience in a Roman Catholic church (either professional or personal) is preferred. 
7. Experience singing (either choral or solo) is preferred. 
8. Experience with playing a variety of music, from chant to contemporary music preferred. 

Degrees:  

Master’s degree in music is preferred, though compelling equivalent life experience, or exceptional talent may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Availability: 

To start in July 2026.  

Wednesdays, 7:00pm-8:30pm 

Saturdays 3:30pm-6:00pm 

Sundays 7:00am-noon. 

Funerals as able and as arranged, fee is separate from salary. (typically M,W,TH,F at 11am)
