Technical Director

Job Description 

Technical Director, Podcast Producer - Full Time

The role of the technical director is to lead all areas of production (Audio, Video, Lighting) for weekend services and additional events. This includes our online campus broadcast. Provide Technical planning and direction for areas around the church.  

The role of the podcast producer is to manage all technical aspects of the Off Central Podcast. This includes audio and video recordings, editing and podcast platform loading.

Knowledge and Experience: 

* Experience in using Adobe Creative suite

* Experience in using ProPresenter worship software 

* Experience in various video applications - Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro

* Experience navigating various sound and light boards

* Experience navigating various video and photo cameras

* Ability to collaborate with communication team

* Experience in setting up and using MIDI

Responsibilities: 

*Setting up service for weekend services, and additional events

*Plan and implement new technologies.

*Manage a team of volunteers. 

*Usage of Project management software to keep workflows moving -Basecamp

*Create and manage workflows in a way to foster communication and deliver content in timely manner

*Prepare podcast staging area

*Record audio and video 

*Edit and post to podcast platforms on a weekly basis
