Pastor

Bethel Methodist Church of Dagsboro, an independent church is seeking a Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth as we serve the Lord in our community. We are looking for a Pastor who will lead and teach prayerfully and compassionately, who is rooted in the written Word of God, is knowledgeable of Wesleyan/Methodist tradition, and will focus on meeting the spiritual needs of our congregation and community.

Ideal candidate would be a Disciple of Christ who loves the Lord and possesses a proficiency in Biblical theology who can convey Biblical truth to all ages. Someone who have a willingness to support Church Ministries and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults. In addition, knowledge of different models of children's ministry as well as the desire to teach, disciple, and shepherd the members/youth of the church community.
