Worship Leader

Dunnellon Community Church is a non-denominational, Bible-based, community-centered church seeking to grow the Kingdom! We are looking to create a team of 3 worship leaders who carry out the following duties:

Responsibilities:

Lead Worship Services — Plan and lead Christ‑centered musical worship for weekly gatherings and special events.

Team Development — Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer musicians and vocalists.

Service Planning — Work with pastors to craft cohesive, Spirit‑led services that support the teaching and liturgy.

Rehearsal Leadership — Organize and lead rehearsals that prepare the team musically and spiritually.

Creative Collaboration — Contribute ideas for musical arrangements, seasonal services, and creative elements.

Pastoral Care — Encourage and support team members in their spiritual and personal growth.

Requirements:

Musical Proficiency — Strong vocal ability and skill on guitar or piano.

Spiritual Maturity — A growing relationship with Jesus and a lifestyle that reflects biblical character.

Leadership Experience — Ability to lead teams with humility, clarity, and encouragement.

Communication Skills — Clear, compassionate communication with volunteers, staff, and the congregation.

Technical Awareness — Basic understanding of sound systems, livestream needs, and worship‑tech tools.

Team‑Oriented Mindset — A collaborative spirit and willingness to serve wherever needed.
