Concord Baptist Church (Granite Falls, NC) is seeking a full-time NextGen Pastor to lead our Children’s (birth–5th grade) and Youth (6th–12th grade) ministries. In a church of 175–200 with a clear vision to make disciples who are on mission for God’s glory, you will disciple students, equip a strong team of volunteers, build vibrant ministry programs, and partner with families — all while collaborating with a supportive small staff in a healthy, growing small-group culture.
