Worship Director

Grace Fellowship is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to help lead and shape the worship life of our church.

We’re looking for more than someone to lead songs on Sunday—we’re praying for a leader who feels called to invest in our church, grow with us, and become a meaningful part of our leadership culture and community.

Who We Are

Grace Fellowship is a church of approximately 200–250 on a Sunday morning with a heart to reach our community and help people grow as disciples of Jesus. Our worship style is primarily modern/contemporary, and we value authenticity, participation, and theological depth in our gatherings.

We are in a season where we’re continuing to build and strengthen a healthy, engaging, and spiritually rich worship culture.

• Demonstrate a genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Exhibit spiritual maturity and strong character
• Be aligned with our culture and doctrine
• Be a skilled musician and confident worship leader
• Have the ability to lead both musically and relationally
• Desire to build relationships and invest in a church body, not just fill a role

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership in helping our church grow as maturing worshipers of Christ
• Lead Sunday worship services with excellence and authenticity
• Recruit, develop, and care for a team of volunteer musicians and tech members
• Plan and select music that aligns with our teaching and church direction
• Lead weekly rehearsals (currently Thursday evenings)
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the worship and tech teams
• Collaborate with pastors and leadership in planning services and special events
• Manage scheduling and team communication

Details

Part-Time Position

Compensation: $3,000/month

Reports directly to the Pastors

High Potential for the role to grow into a full-time position over time
