Ministry Outreach Coordinator — Help Youth Pastors Get the Training & Credentials They Deserve

Most youth pastors get little formal training and even less recognition for the work they do. T412 — a coaching program for youth pastors built on 1 Timothy 4:12 — is working to change that, and we need one person to help.

You'll build relationships with denominational credentialing offices and introduce T412 to pastors around the country. It's a relationship role, not a sales role: we count real conversations, never dials or hours. Remote from anywhere, set your own schedule (roughly 10–15 hrs/week), and compensation built to reward results generously.
