We're looking for a Pastor of Covenant Life who loves building people more than building programs.

At Covenant Church, our vision is to become a movement of people who live and love like Jesus. We're seeking a proven leader who is passionate about developing leaders, creating healthy teams, and helping people experience authentic community where lives are transformed by Jesus.

This role is about more than overseeing ministries. It's about equipping leaders, strengthening the Directors of Connections, Men's, Women's, Young Adult, and Congregational Care ministries, and cultivating healthy systems that help people take their next step with Jesus. At the heart of this role is helping people become disciples who make disciples through authentic, life-changing community.
