Position Summary

Curt Landry Ministries / House of David is seeking a passionate and dedicated Campus Pastor / Administrative Pastor to serve as a pastoral and operational leader for the Oklahoma campus. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, fostering discipleship, and strengthening a healthy, thriving church community aligned with the vision of House of David.

As a shepherd of this campus, you will help provide spiritual leadership, develop staff and volunteers, oversee ministry health, and engage and cultivate meaningful relationships with our congregation, the community, and ministry partners through intentional communication and engagement — while helping oversee day-to-day campus operations in a positive, relational, and Kingdom-focused culture.

A demonstrated gift for effective communication is central to this role. A seminary or theological degree is not required — proven ability, fruitfulness in ministry, and a clear calling are weighted above academic credentials.

Key Responsibilities

Pastoral & Spiritual Leadership

•    Provide pastoral care and discipleship for the local church body.

•    Foster a healthy culture of prayer, community, and spiritual growth.

•    Support and strengthen ministry teams, volunteers, and congregational care efforts.

•    Provide crisis and emergency pastoral care (hospital visits, urgent life situations) as needed and support a volunteer base doing the same.

•    Develop and facilitate in-person care groups and community gatherings

•    Staff, Volunteer & Ministry Development

•    Lead, encourage, and develop ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers.

•    Help create healthy systems for communication, training, and leadership development.

•    Support the growth and oversight of all campus ministries and departments.

•    Cultivate a culture of honor, teamwork, servant leadership, and spiritual maturity.

Campus Operations & Administration

•    Partner with executive leadership to maintain alignment with ministry vision and culture.

•    Participate in planning, leadership meetings, and ministry development initiatives.

•    Help ensure excellence in communication, follow-through, and ministry systems.

•    Provide regular reporting to Executive Leadership on campus health, including attendance, volunteer engagement, and discipleship milestones.

Community & Outreach Engagement

•    Help strengthen House of David's presence and impact within the surrounding region and community involvement.

•    Support opportunities for discipleship, connection, and Kingdom outreach beyond church walls.

•    Work closely with the Donor Relations team to nurture relationships with ministry supporters connected to the campus, including donor visits, correspondence, and outreach.

•    Support and help advance initiatives across Curt Landry Ministries' affiliated entities, including PurposeQuest and Summit Leadership Center, as opportunities arise (to be scoped based on campus capacity).

Qualifications

Required

•    Demonstrated spiritual maturity, integrity, and pastoral leadership.

•    Demonstrated ability in effective communication — a speaking sample will be requested as part of the interview process.

•    Experience leading people, teams, and ministry environments.

•    Alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual vision of House of David and Curt Landry Ministries.

•    Ability to lead with humility, wisdom, flexibility, and emotional maturity.

•    Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement approaches for deeper, wider engagement within the campus community.

•    A team player with a heart for discipleship, donor engagement, and intercessory prayer.

Preferred

•    Formal theological training is a plus but not required; demonstrated giftedness and fruitfulness in ministry will be weighted more heavily than academic credentials.

•    Experience in pastoral administration, campus ministry, or church leadership.

•    Familiarity with One New Man, and Hebraic roots of Christian faith.

•    Experience developing volunteer teams and ministry systems.

Core Competencies

•    Shepherd's heart with strong leadership capacity.

•    Confident, clear communicator, comfortable in front of groups.

•    Ability to lead both people and processes effectively.

•    Relational, approachable, and team-oriented.

•    Spirit-led, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

•    Committed to prayer, discipleship, and Kingdom mission.
