The Production Director is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of Sunday services, church events, IT, and communications at LIFE Community Church. This role ensures distraction-free worship environments for in-person and online attendees via high-quality audio, visual, and live streaming experiences that support the church's mission: "Together in Christ–Sent to Everyone.”

LIFE Community Church holds a mission “Together in Christ. Sent to everyone,” which focuses on helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus while living out their faith through meaningful community and outreach. The church emphasizes strong biblical teaching, worship, prayer, and intentional discipleship as the foundation of church life.

They value relational ministry and active participation through LIFE Groups, discipleship pathways, family and student ministries, as well as local and global missions. Staff and leaders are expected to model Christ-centered character, collaborate in team-based ministry, and support the church’s commitment to spiritual growth, service, and disciple-making both within the church and the broader community.
