Worship and Creative Arts Pastor – Full-Time

About Us:

A vibrant, Spirit-filled multi site church passionate about worship, community, and reaching people with the Gospel.

Role:

Lead dynamic, Christ-centered worship services and build a strong, growing worship and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead worship weekly and for special services

- Develop and disciple musicians, vocalists, and tech teams

- Plan services in collaboration with pastoral staff

- Oversee worship and coordinate the overall worship programs of all campuses.

Qualifications:

- Strong vocal and musical ability

- Experience leading worship in a church setting

- Alignment with Pathway Church’s beliefs and values

- Leadership and team-building skills
