At King of Kings, we believe faith is not simply taught—it is experienced, nurtured, and lived out in community. We are seeking a passionate and visionary Director of Faith Formation who will inspire people of all ages to grow in their relationship with Christ, discover their God-given gifts, and actively participate in the life and mission of the church.
This is more than a program leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape a culture of lifelong faith development, build meaningful connections across generations, and equip individuals and families to take their next steps in their spiritual journey. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a heart for ministry, helping King of Kings cultivate environments where children, students, and adults can grow in faith, build relationships, and engage in service.
If you are energized by developing people, creating transformative experiences, and helping a congregation live out its mission in a changing world, we invite you to join us in this exciting season of ministry.
