THE ROLE

We are looking for a Lead Pastor to serve as the cultural heartbeat and relational leader of our vibrant Peachtree City Campus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion Vision: Model Christ-centered leadership to keep staff, volunteers, and the congregation aligned with our mission.

• Develop Teams: Recruit, equip, and pastor teams in a culture built on trust, fun, and excellence.

• Shape Sundays: Partner with our central team to host weekly services and preach regularly.

• Care & Outreach: Build relationships with local leaders and provide pastoral care during life's pivotal moments.

• Stewardship: Oversee the local campus operations, budget, and giving initiatives.

• Collaborate: Work openly and collaboratively with both local and central staff in our multi-campus model.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced Shepherd: Proven track record of leading staff and volunteer teams (large-church/multi-campus experience is a plus).

• Engaging Communicator: Clear and life-giving communication, whether one-on-one or teaching a full auditorium.

• Natural Connector: Enjoy building relationships outside the church with community leaders.

• High-Trust Collaborator: Thrive working hand-in-hand with centralized ministry teams to advance a shared vision.
