Campus Worship Director

Thornapple Valley Church is looking for a Worship Director to lead and develop the worship ministry at our Middleville campus. This role is responsible for weekend worship services and the leadership of worship and tech volunteers.

We are a multi-campus, non-denominational church for the unchurched. Our mission is to connect people to God.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship during weekend services

• Oversee music, media, and worship environment

• Recruit, train, and schedule worship and tech volunteers

• Manage service planning and programming

• Oversee set design and equipment setup/teardown

• Maintain the worship ministry budget

• Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with leadership

• A strong worship leader with leadership experience

• Someone who can build and develop volunteer teams

• Organized, dependable, and relational

• Willingness to learn technical systems

• Fully aligned with the mission and vision of Thornapple Valley Church

Hours: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week (weekends required)
