Job Description
Connection Church is seeking a passionate, Spirit-led Worship Pastor to lead and develop our worship ministry across multiple locations. This leader will champion Christ-centered worship, build and coach teams and help create unified, engaging worship environments that align with the vision and culture of Connection Church.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic, Spirit-led worship experiences.
- Recruit, train, and pastor worship leaders, vocalists and musicians.
- Collaborate with worship leaders across all three locations to maintain unity in culture and execution.
- Contribute to songwriting and creative worship development.
- Provide musical and vocal direction to teams.
- Help build strong systems, workflows and team pathways.
Qualifications
- Growing, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Proven experience leading worship in a church setting.
- Strong vocal and musical ability.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Alignment with the vision and values of Connection Church.
- Experience with Planning Center and modern worship tools preferred.
- Pastoral heart with a team-first mindset.
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Multi-site (Eastern North Carolina)
