Children’s Ministries Coordinator

MINISTRY TARGET: Infants through fifth graders, their families, and the volunteers who work with them.

REPORTS TO: Women’s Ministry Director

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 25-30 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to help others experience a growing personal relationship with Him

• Be in agreement with the Longmont Calvary Doctrinal Statement

• Be an active member of Longmont Calvary (or have the intent to become a member), and involved in church life

• Enjoy and value children, families, and volunteers

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Children's Ministries Coordinator will partner with the Women’s Ministry Director in the following areas:

• Children’s Ministries Volunteers: Build and support great volunteer teams to effectively pour into the children of Longmont Calvary.

• Children’s Ministries Environment: Ensure classroom aesthetics, decor, cleanliness, supplies, etc. adequately support the goals of our children's ministry.

Children’s Ministries Activities: Help determine and implement children's ministry activities and curriculum that align with the overall vision of Longmont Calvary.
