RBKids Multi Campus Director

Rock Bridge Community Church in Dalton, Georgia is looking for a RBKids Multi Campus Director. The goal of this position is to further Rock Bridge’s mission by connecting people from all walks of life to life in Christ by leading Children’s Ministry across all campuses. They are looking for a leader of leaders to develop the Children’s Ministry philosophy, plan, and programs at Rock Bridge Church.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing the philosophy of ministry
• Developing and updating as needed the Children’s Ministry Playbook
• Developing the overall ministry programming
• Developing the ministry plan for all campuses
• Coaching ministry counterparts at each campus
• Leading communication and collaboration between the Multi-Campus Pastor, campus pastors and ministry counterparts

People love Dalton for its great community orientation and core family values and traditions. Schools are strong with a growing arts community. There is much to do locally, or you can make a short trip to neighboring communities and cities. Additionally, with Dalton positioned along I-75, there is easy access to Atlanta (75-90 minutes) and Chattanooga (30 minutes).
