Part-time worship leader

The Worship Leader works in partnership with the Senior /Interim Pastor, while leading a Worship Ministry and the congregation in a life of gratitude and praise to God. With the help of the Holy Spirit, you will plan, design, coordinate, and facilitate a unified worship experience - understanding the culture within the church and striving to relate well with church members. We seek a spiritually maturing, biblical, prayerful Christian gifted in leadership of all ages, who brings encouragement and vision for worship to the church as a whole. This is a part-time, contract position of approximately 12.5-15 hours per week, with future growth potential to a full-time ministry position. Regular participation in Staff and occasional attendance at Board meetings is expected as well as any other duties as assigned.
