Position Overview

We are prayerfully seeking a Pastor or Associate Pastor who is called to lead, shepherd, and equip our congregation for faithful ministry. The ideal candidate will have a heart for preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver biblically grounded, Scripture-led sermons
• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to members
• Support and develop ministries for all ages
• Engage in outreach and mission opportunities in the Gastonia community
• Collaborate with church leadership to fulfill the vision and mission of Bradley Church

Qualifications

• A clear and personal calling to pastoral ministry
• Alignment with the doctrine and values of the Global Methodist Church
• Strong communication, relationship building and leadership skills
• Experience in ministry (preferred, but not required for Associate role)
• Theological training or equivalent ministry preparation
