This is a full-time Associate Minister position with the primary duties of Youth Ministry.
The successful candidate must be able to connect with middle and high school students while teaching sound biblical messages and creating events to foster a sense of community.
Recruiting and training adult volunteers for the youth department is also a must.
Duties will include coordinating with the children's department, to facilitate smooth transition of children to the youth program.
Other duties include scheduling, planning and execution of Community Outreach events and assisting the Lead Pastor in a variety of ways.
There will also be opportunities to fill the pulpit on Sunday mornings as well.
This position is contract to hire for the right candidate. Salary will be discussed at time of interview. At end of contract period, salary will be reviewed and renegotiated.
