Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Assisting the senior pastor in day-to-day pastoral duties
- Teaching and preaching occasionally
- Assisting all areas of the church ministry as needed
- Helping to come up with and plan church events for all areas of ministry
Qualities and skills desired:
- A heart for Jesus and advancing the gospel
- A heart and passion to for people
- A heart of humility and joy
- Biblical leadership skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Relevant education and experience. Willing to help in these areas if right candidate.
About the First Southern Baptist Church
