Bethlehem is a small rural size independent (40-60) Bible believing church that is located in Prince George County, Virginia. Our blended style of traditional music is led by a dynamic congregation. We have many educational and Sunday school classes for several age groups. Our mission is to Know the love of Christ, Show the love of Christ and Grow the love of Christ. The part time role of the pastor is to partner with the Deacon and Deaconess in life and direction of the church. Pastor must be passionate and excited as they serve God and the congregation as an ambassador responsible for preaching and teaching the Word of God, administrating the Sacraments, overseeing the spiritual and leadership of the congregation, and providing pastoral care. Qualifications are passion, enthusiasm and a heart for serving God and God's people is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management and helpful with computer skills. Recommended candidates must submit highest educational skills, references, credit and criminal checks and drug testing will be required. Salary and other items are open for discussion based on education and level of experience.
