The purpose of this position is to lead the youth of CrossPoint and the Hutchinson area into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Introducing CrossPoint & CPYouth

CrossPoint Church, located across from the local high school in Hutchinson (population of 14,000 people), has been used powerfully by God to reach several hundred people for Christ in the past five years. Mission & Values

Our mission is to “lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.” The strategy to help people grow in relationship with Jesus is found in our four values.

At CrossPoint, we “gather” to know God through worship and God’s Word. We “grow” spiritually through Growth Groups. We “give” by serving others with Christ’s love and we “go” to share the gospel.
