Job Title: Receptionist/Pastoral Admin. Assistant

Type of Position: Part-Time

Hours: 16 hours per week, 8 hours per day.Tuesday and Thursday.


The Bay Church Concord is looking for an energetic, outgoing and organized person who enjoys people and is someone who is committed to continual personal development as a part of an dynamic team. You must be a mature Christ Follower who is an confident and organized self-starter. You must be compassionate and confidential, thrive on multi-tasking, be flexible in a changing environment and be efficient in multiple daily tasks. The ideal candidate can work independently as well as work collaboratively with a large team. Multi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred.

  • Punctual and professional, detail oriented and organized.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to answer multi-line phone, while offering amazing and compassionate customer service to each caller.
  • Composing and writing routine correspondence through email and other formats. Excellent vocabulary and grammar is a must.
  • Ability to interact with a range of people in an open, friendly, customer-oriented manner.
  • Possess the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality and embrace exceptional integrity.
  • High proficiencies in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Working knowledge of copier, fax and printers.
  • Ability to learn and use new software and easily learn new tasks.
